SHIPPING POLICY

Most domestic orders will be processed within 3-6 business days and then shipped by your choice of shipping method (standard is 5-7 business) days. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order during sale or collection launch periods. Any shipping carrier estimated delivery dates do not apply to pre-orders or custom products. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Please give this a few days to update as USPS scanning does not always update immediately.

Orders with Overnight or 2-Day Shipping must be placed before 12 PM PST to be shipped the same day. All of our shipping costs are set by our shipping carriers. Emi Jay is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by any of our shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather or storm delays.

We are Unable to offer any change of Address once order is Completed. please check to make sure all of your information is correct before purchasing. We are not liable to search for or resend any products.

We offer free standard shipping on single orders totaling $100

Methods:

Standard (5-10 days) $6 or free with $100 purchase

Expedited (3-7 days) $15

Overnight $45

Canada standard shipping is $25 for any order.


Return Policy

Nail Stickers

We are happy take orders back for a full refund within 5 days of receiving them. Package must be unopened, and products unused. Please reach out to us with your name and order number for returns and any questions about your order. Exclusions apply please refer to Individual product pages for details


Hair Products:

We are unable to offer returns, Refunds, or cancellations on pre-orders

We are unable to offer returns on any of our hair products, including our claw clips. This is out of safety, all sales are final.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Magic Gloss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Magic Gloss is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot offer shipping refund for lost packages
